AFA Systems

Novel use of AMR systems
"Superfilment" Driven by Siemens
Cases erected by an AFA gantry robot are carried by AMR unit to a robotic loading area that is fed totes of mixed cartons by a second AMR unit.
E-Comm and Fulfilment
Packagers engaged in E-Comm or fulfilment will find this system ideal for putting mixed products into a case.
Siemens' software is flexible enough to adapt to the customer's process rather than the customer having to adapt to the software.

Delkor

Updated EVO Case Packer
Faster
Since its launch last year, the EVO case packer is now achieving speeds 20% faster than the original model.
Vertical Loading
EVO is now available with a cassette end-of-arm-tooling option that can load product vertically into erected corrugated cases.
I first saw EVO last year in Chicago, and was impressed by the speeds it could achieve in a small footprint with high belt speeds. But it's getting even faster, now running 70 products/min per cell, up from 60/min last year.
